Sorry, I couldn't respond in a timely matter that suited you. My tastes say the album is ok, certainly deserves more listens, but immediately doesn't feel like their best work. The mix seems somewhat swampy. I'm used to their signature fuzz/thick sound, but this time around it seems like things are canceling themselves out. Just my 2¢, though I'm sure you'll find something to pick apart with what I said. |
