Looks fake to me... The body would be more blue/ grey and
bloated, unless kept in extremely cold weather...plus I feel
like the cuts would be more jagged... could be wrong, tho...

It says in the article he took a photo of the body after he
killed her. I assume that's what the posted photo is, which
would explain why it hasn't bloated etc. yet.

i'd just like to say, i have absolutely no idea whether that
picture is false, as i have no reference, what with never
chopping someone up - or seeing someone after they have been
chopped up - before.

i usually get people to do it for me.
