La Ritournelle is one of the most beautiful pieces of music
ever written. In my opinion, it's up there with Debussy. I
still need to buy Politics.

I was just listening to this 12" today, was I subliminally
influenced by zilty? Anyway, ditto what redrum said.
Now I'm listening to:
this ace LP

I love souljazz so much! I keep buying their records,
they're like crack... I got served by a 3 year old last time
I was in sounds of the universe. I think I enjoyed it more
than she did. Oh well....wtf has this got to do with the
topic? I've drunk FOUR bottles of becks alcohol free beer.
sozzled???

into

not to me it doesn't. i just think it's all pretentious
french pseudo-pop that is supposedly "good", but is in
actuality "bad".

the chords he use are certainly effective if you're in the
mood.. tad cheesy instrumentation and feel though, but well
built etc

Sounds very much like Reckoner, I dumped them on top of wach
other on Ableton Live and the similarity is uncanny.
Radiohead nabbed it.
