i remember having that one mp3 of him for years --
anthracite t. vari (nothing else, no albums by him) thats
it. i thought it was the greatest mp3 ever (i think it was
released in the early 2000s)... i still think it's one of
the greatest electronic songs ever... so anyways after so
many years i actually go ahead and purchased lipswitch,
yesterday i think it was through itunes. so its been about 6
years that i even bother looking up any of his other
stuff...

my review on lipswitch is well, i'm not entirely ecstatic
about the album but it still holds up relatively well, being
most great electronic albums are a 2, 3 song keeper.

Asect:disect is good shit. The rest is quite mediocre I
think

i wouldn't say cheesy as much as it being inconclusive, he
sometimes should do more, even though he does a lot of neat
tricks in most of his songs...

i read somewhere he is a sound designer - and through that
he will use what he's discovered in his album releases.

is he anything special live?

if youre into it i guess its awesome. i think if it was done
in the 60s or the 70s it would be cooler

Shit that was dope,

I had a few of his albums a few years back. IT was pretty
cool, but then I discovered 'o9' and 'Eight Frozen Modules'
who I liked better for that kind of sound.
