it only needs 3G?

* Removable/user replaceable battery (but this is apple and
that will never happen)

* Flash support

* COPY & PASTE

* Multitasking

* Bluetooth (not just being able to use a headset)

* Unlocked for any carrier

* No 2 year contract

* 32GB+ storage

** WiMax Support (when that becomes available)

The app store will take care of the copy and paste thing...
someone has come up with a video streaming app too so the
video camera thing is sorta taken care of. I'm not saying
this phone is bad... there were a lot of needed improvements
made to it (especially the headphone jack). I really hope
they put the company that produces blackberry's out on the
curb.

Its really cool and I'd like one, but if I'm paying for one
it has to deliver and this one doesn't FOR ME.

thecrimsonguard: meh, I'm not gonna defend this phone. I
guess what you mention is important to some people. but for
me however, the only thing on that list I'd like is copy
pasting. not that I've needed it yet, but I'm sure I will. I
was originally waiting for the 32GB version but couldn't be
arsed to got an 160GB iPod to fulfill my music/video-needs.

I got one too.

I'm not even arsed about all the so called pit falls. This
is a personal phone that does everything I want a personal
phone to do. I too have a big ass iPod for my music needs as
32GB wouldn't be anywhere near enough either.

For business stuff I have my stupid Blackberry and my Nokia
N95.

The only bad point so far is that mine already looks like
one big smudge. :)

Not without buying yourself out of a very expensive contract
that's due to go on for about another 14 months.

i have an iPod touch
i have a Nokia E90 Communicator
and i now have an Android Dev Phone 1

as a music and video player, iPod touch kicks the shit out
of the others.

as a phone, the E90 kicks the shit out of the iPhone

as a promising platform, the Android Dev Phone 1 beats all
