.. put towel over head ..with head a foot away from water .. leave head in this steamy world. for 3-5 mins.....then after ...dry head.....then pluck out all hairs from nose ...then ...blow nose....then......leave and drink champagne and eat grapes because youll be sooo cured youd think you were ..erm...you! but, without an itchy nose |

Plucking nose hairs is a big no-no, the interior of your nose is full of bacteria if you remove a hair it will open way for those bacterias to infect the open pores. |

eek ive been plucking mine for years. i have too or my nose itches when i walk or breath the wind blows the hairs around i sneeezes i itch ... the steam idea certainly helps. |
