Svarte Greiner - 'Knive" maybe? Something like that or
colder and more abstract?

futuristic too, and uh, kind of like shock diamonds by

through, even tho thats a brilliant album

Ryoji Ikeda - 0ºC

HOHOHO

I don't know what to recommend because I always venture into
the realms which you would probably call minimal or techno
and I don't want to be scolded by the vigilant
XLTronicians.

I guess Team Doyobi are beat-oriented AND cold AND still AND
abstract AND still IDM.

Getting that gridlock album right now too.

If you're getting Team Doyobi, you deffinately need the
latest album - The Kphanapic Fragments

Coil - Black Light District

Not full on beats but plenty of abstract rhythms. It is
dark and minimal but more active than some ambient.

Grab any COH you can. Recently I was very impressed with his
"Plays Cosey" album. I guess you should also try Byetone.

"the sublime" by 'the sense project' may well be your cup of
tea. glitch static noise, whatever. hypnos.com has short mp3
clips if youre interested.
