Funny, how the winning song (Russia) and the last one (Poland) were equally atrocious. All others except Georgia were better. What's sadder than being the pariahs of Europe? Being pariahs of Europe and getting votes only from own citizens abroad, heh. I really am a little sad |

Yeah. I had fun watching this Eurovision - it was one of the more bizarre ones. But all the songs were better than that bloody Russian one. He's singing it again, it's awful... when we first saw it, we definitely thought there's no way it could be near the top, political voting or not. Defies belief. |

Yes he was, but I heard the song a couple of times before on BBC WS. They had an interview with Tellier which got repeated several times during that day. So eventually the song sank in and I didn't need to comment on the bright star that he was in the contest. And it's not like he really stood a chance :( |
