A close friend had a hard brother that would go out with a mate and start fights with people. He was telling me once that he'd beaten up a "paki" real bad. He laughed when he talked about the man crying! This person should be hung, drawn and quatered! I can not tolerate cruelty, it is the one true human ugliness i will always venture to destroy (as long as i can do it from this cumfy chair, and i don't want to have to do anything really.) |

nor the bosses do. often i manage to leave behind when i close that door but often not, and what bothers me is not having to do with people that don't like me as long as they're fair in their beliefs. we stay away from each other and thats all. what drives me nuts is that those people with the excuse of the joke hammers in all the time, with that fucking smile in the face. and i find myself thinking to beat the shit out of those mouths, which it sucks alot. |

A bed time story cos it's sleep time for me soon: I had some good mates but we were always a bunch of fuckers. But there was a time when we were at a skate park and were bored. Some people i knew from school (but not really mates) turned up. They started picking on this boy in our group who was a little simple (edging on special). His name was milhouse (it was his nickname) and he wouldn't talk. He'd follow people around looking scared and not saying anything but the occasional word. Some 'mates' from my group would put dog shit or plastic in his spliffs and make him drink till he threw up. They would make him take bongs of just any shit they could find (like plastic or sticks). When he said he didn't want to they punched him or pushed him into ditches and nasty shit like that. Things built up and up. When these guys came down from school they wanted someone to pick on, and some of my 'mates' wanted to show off. So things got shitty really quick and they were kicking him on the floor. Then they threw stones. The crying was horrible. I remember how a few were spitting on him and calling him a peadophile. They took his trousers off and burnt them, they left him there (me and the rest of us who wouldn't stand for it had left before then). THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE HATED. FOR THE SAKE OF OUR SOULS. THAT KID HAD STUFF WRONG WITH HIM ANYWAY BUT THAT WILL ALWAYS BE WITH HIM I JUST KNOW IT :( |

some intolerance is needed in order to progress.. intolerance is kind of the act of not agreeing with someone and then not tolerating them, which is kind of a competitive thing imo. the one who wins, is the one that progresses humanity, whether people agree with that or not, either way, stupid intolerance like racism or shallow intolerance is not something i condone, but intolerance of something with a bit more depth like crime or politics or whatever have you, is all dandy for this planet. |

If someone could not tolerate a certain class of people to such an extent that they had to go out and start killing them off I'd imagine we'd all find his intolerance intolerant. So I guess it depends what actions someone else's perceived intolerance leads. At the end of the day, tolerance is one of those meaningless words. |
