So here I go, spamming my musics. Feel free to give me the
same treatment as I did Swift_Jams, it's only fair.

In the mean time is proof that spamming is indeed for
winners. I like the foldy sound scape

Just popping back to say i like the fabric of the tracks.
Lots of little pieces of sound. Did you make your own html
site or something. I'd like to do that but am too lazy

for you.

*weekend bump*

i probably won't bump it again, as it's not likely to change
your world in any way. although, if you did listen to it,
and found it forgettable, i'd rather you say something than
not.

k tnx

na I liked your tracks. nice ambient.

btw do you eat those mushrooms (like your name), just use
them w milk for flies or what?

i chose the name cause i like magic mushrooms and fly agaric
is the classic magic mushroom (red with white spots). never
tried it myself, hear it's a bit dodgy.

good job, the tracks i like most are main save, tails and
winter wildlife. sometimes it can be heard the laziness and
sometimes the effort you put in there. the short ones just
lack of proper attention but i think you have nice ideas,
all your projects need imho is a bit more sweat so you can
give some more love to your sound. cheers

thanks for listening, and congs on an A+ review. you hit the
nail right on head. i hardly ever spend extended periods of
time working on something, instead i enjoy slapping
something together in a few hours or less to pass the time.
i don't go back to refine it and sometimes i even use
presets (gasp!). my main problem is the melody. i always
start with the melody, and it turns into a battle to make it
nice, but i;m never happy and i think my mindset after that
is "well, if the melody sucks, why bother with the rest?"

presets can be head in records of famous people too, being
those instruments or effects. a bit of filtering would make
your stuff not that recognizable and more enjoyable,
especially in the first three tracks. there seems to be some
kind of decrescendo in you album, and the melodies seems the
parts in which you put more efforst for sure. if you like to
do ambient and if you manage to do nice things i why bother
with the rest. an advice i'd give you for fun is, do less
but love every single sound you do =)

Not bad. A couple of the songs were pretty crappy-- but I
like most of the ambient ones and Tails in particular.

bit of filtering? my computer can't handle that kind of
processing :) i think another reason why i don't go on too
long is because whenever i start having lots of midi tracks
and use compression and filtering then my computer
crashes...

a lot of these tracks are quite old really. i actually
haven't done that much recently.

sx? I can't automate things really. If i do slide the freq
filter up it happens 3 seconds later than it's supposed to.
I can still do it tho. Does your cubase stutter and have a
rediculously low frame rate ect? I get little snaps and
breaks throuout playback

We are the same you and i. Exactly the same. More questions:
do you have a soundblaster card (booooo!), does your
'perfectly legit' version of cubase start with the H20 try
before you buy thing?

I use reason 2 alot now. It's perfect! It takes a while to
feel cumfy but you can automate EVERYTHING and it's all so
smooth. I would like a decent version of cubase tho :(

as for fly agaric being dodgy, it depends on whether you
would eat them fresh or dried. when boiled and/or dried, the
nasty stuff is converted into the psychedelic stuff
(muscimol) which is very unlikely to do any harm.

i've tried them a few times with very little effect but a
high dose is supposed to be a textbook example of the word
visionary.

erowid is ur friend

'hello gromit' is nice too but i don't like the snares :(
