My vote goes to occasional Fat Tony associate Johnny
Tightlips.

[FAT TONY] Where're you shot, Johnny?

[TIGHTLIPS] I ain't sayin' nothin'

[FAT TONY] How's your mother?

[TIGHTLIPS] Who says I got a mother?

It was Legs who said "where'd they hit ya?"
"I ain't sayin' nothin'"
But what'll I tell the doctor?
"Tell him to suck a lemon"

lionel hutz

"Oh, I am, am I? Is that what you think? Well if
that’s what you think, I have something to tell you.
Something which may shock and discredit you. And that thing
is as follows. I’m not wearing a tie at all"

the simpsons lit a match and held it way too long.

a favorite of mine is the governmental rep in bart vs

"everybody has an enemy."

great thread guys - keep it up!

another favorite: lou, because without his gun he would feel
like less of a man, if it weren't for his enormous
genitalia.

Who could forget Cooder the carny, voiced by Jim Varney of
Hey Vern fame? I know I can't. R.I.P

Warren Martyn and Adrian Wood called it "one of the most
dismally unfunny episodes ever, lifted only by the brief
appearance of a talking camel and Homer's clever way of
getting Cooder and Spud out of his home. Whereas most of the
series's politically incorrect moments are funny and
well-observed, this episode seems to be saying that
fairground folk and travelers really are deeply unpleasant
criminals who are both irredeemable and unworthy of help.
Nasty-taste-in-the-mouth time."
