chriss moss is decent, i like his non acid stuff the best.
the c64 work he did is pretty good.

(but dont take my opinion too strongly,i find most acid to
be analog gearlust wank core)

fletch lives is also made by richard d james

look i'm dead serieus very well informed and have great
ears
if you say this you apperently haven't listened to all of
the tracks and don't know enough aphex tracks?
this is aphex no doubt
not his masterworks, mainly just fucking around.

also you know the tuss is aphex right?
have you listened to the music under the myspace accounts of
the tuss etc?
also lardossa is also aphex on youtube and tregaskin pages
etc
he has many pages and aliases on youtube
href="http://www.youtube.com/user/Lardossa"
target=_blank>http://www.youtube.com/user/Lardossa
i know all the music and i'm telling you chris moss and
fletch lives is aphex
even while not knowing all the myspace and youtube stuff
some tracks of chris moss and fletch lives are deeaad
giveways! even remakes of old trakcs released under afx or
aphex twin name.

hey fah thanks voor je goeie acid! :)

i'm not sure what the deal is here as it looks like there's
a lot of colaborations on there aswell but a lot of the
music you can download with the chris moss acid name or cma
or fletch lives or brad striker is aphex i'm sure of this
i know chris moss is performing with this but i know what i
know and i'm sure he's close buddies with aphex or something
like that but much of the music is aphex. and i stick to
that i'm not deaf

you are a fucking moron of insurmountable proportions
i usually am not one to openly insult someone, but you
literally have taken the cake for some of the most extreme
stupidity ive seen on this msg board.

there is no bigger purpose to this, you are just most likely
slightly retarded

"also you know the tuss is aphex right?
have you listened to the music under the myspace accounts
of
the tuss etc? "

yeah the tuss is aphex twin, and if you had any smarts youd
know that all the Tuss myspace pages are fake, all of the
music on them is not made by aphex twin or the real tuss.
please please get a fucking brain

offline mdv from Zwolle (Netherlands, The) on 2008-04-18 22:18 [#02195878]

lol
please give me links to which myspace pages you think have
fake tuss music on them. cos the ones i'm listening to are
real.
and it's a false acusation of me having no brain since i'm
one of the smartest people to ever walk on this planet ;)

offline jackeroffer from Aruba on 2008-04-18 22:35 [#02195880]

every single one of them is fake, there is no need to give
links. but its perfectly fine with me if you want to remain
a hopelessly willfully ignorant music listener.

offline mdv from Zwolle (Netherlands, The) on 2008-04-18 22:36 [#02195881]

btw you don't even need to have heard the tuss to know this
is aphex

offline mdv from Zwolle (Netherlands, The) on 2008-04-18 22:38 [#02195882]
Points: 167 Status: Regular

lol
every single one is fake you say...

i'm very surprised you even beleive the tuss and analord is
aphex
anyhow don't beleive me fine by me

but do you agree the music is brilliant?

offline jackeroffer from Aruba on 2008-04-18 22:46 [#02195883]
Points: 1038 Status: Lurker

i just cant spend anymore energy on you, i frankly wish
sometimes i could lower myself to a retards level (you)
because it would be fun to think there is all this new aphex
twin music out there (myspaces pages & chris moss acid) i
would have a good time listening to it.

offline mdv from Zwolle (Netherlands, The) on 2008-04-18 22:56 [#02195884]
Points: 167 Status: Regular

uhh and you don't have a good time listening to it simply
because you don't beleive it's made by aphex?
so the music itself isn't important but the person who made
it??

offline jackeroffer from Aruba on 2008-04-18 23:05 [#02195885]
Points: 1038 Status: Lurker

no, im just pointing out the fact that you are extremely
hilariously stupid for thinking anyone who sounds like aphex
twin must be him

i told you i like chris moss' commodore 64 works, i like the
REAL tuss not the fakes on myspace (besides the ones i made
myself and Wips' Teddy Oggie track) not because they arent
aphex but because they just arent well made.
you are not listening to me...

now listen good: you are a fucking moron, that was the point
i was trying to make.

thanks
bye

offline mdv from Zwolle (Netherlands, The) on 2008-04-19 06:36 [#02195945]
Points: 167 Status: Regular

not well made i disagree
many of the tracks are not finished polished works like
stuff he releases under aphex twin or the tuss name etc,
alot of it he's just having fun taking a piss and things
like that. but it's still good music if you can't hear this
yet sorry for you.

offline mdv from Zwolle (Netherlands, The) on 2008-04-19 06:39 [#02195946]
Points: 167 Status: Regular

i feel like i have to correct myself just calling it good
music is wrong. much of it is just good music but there are
many things that are amazing amazing.
it would also be rediculous for such an skilled artist to
release stuff like this and be mostly involved in copying or
making fun of aphex as you seem to think.
ah and this is even besides the dead giveways, i'll go list
some tracks later

i've seen chris moss on webcam and i've seen rdj in real
life, and unless rdj grew a lot taller, fatter and less
cornish in the year between the two then they're not the
same person.

ok i give up, chris moss as am i are part of a conspiracy to
disseminate aphex twins 'unreleased' collection of music.
you have caught us red handed, please dont tell anybody we
want to keep it a secret. Sorry for my hostility i just was
really upset you cracked the code, you have been the first
person to openly reveal this and i just had a freak out

ok i'm a bit embarassed now but i had another good listen
and it's indeed not aphex.
stupid of me to have stated it so strongly as i did.

my initial impression was after a quick listen through all
the tracks after i downloaded them and came across several
that had thesame samples that aphex used in some of his
songs and other tracks that were remakes of song aphex did
etc and i had just been looking at all these youtube
accounts etc and lardossa just posted some song of him and i
thought (and still think it's likely) that lardossa is aphex
and blabla ah i must have been not so clearheaded.
anyhow doesn't make the music any less good. right now
listening to the uk surftracks, amazing.

i mean, this is a step more than i have going into how i
spoke with monolith enough on myspace to feel like...
alright, this is not aphex, this is some guy. but i don't
have "bro, i did webcam calls with him"

that around this point. for years after. i thought CMA was
merely alright. wonderful personality, not terribly
interesting tracks. but i tell you what -- i found him again
two or three years ago and he's gotten pretty good.

offline EpicMegatrax from Greatest Hits on 2023-05-03 11:45 [#02627152]
Points: 25264 Status: Regular

LAZY_TITLE oh here just the lastest he's posted. i'll
just point out a few things

- the bass sound, monolith is way more bendy. not that
anyone's saying it is monolith
- next, the keys, totally, that sound feels right off of
analord, spybotter or someth
- but then, that kick-openhat, those two drum sounds, that's
very un-afx-y. the hat sound in particular. it's partly that
it's a bit too loud. but for some reason i just feel he'd
never use that hat sound like that, in the same way bjork
will never have a slap bass sound in her song

that when someone says, "it just feels like aphex" or
whatever, this is not magic, there are thousand little
details coming at you, which are then filtered through the
lens of your expectations.

someone here told me steinvord is monolith. that could be
wrong. i didn't think about it much actually
