I just been listening to the Toronto and L.A live sets the
past few days and i just love the way autechre has managed
to produce gorgeous live sets, based on equipment used to
make thier last LP which iteself was made from elements of
previous liveset set-ups.

It's leads to a very satisfying sort of organic experience
and the more I hear these sets the more the sonic jigsaw
shimmers into shape. but just because the shapes forms it
doens'mt make it any less "done" as the shape is
multidimensional and all you have to do is catch another
angle and the re-entaglement begins again.

Fantastic stuff!

autechre leads double life now, cds are far out experimental

music.

people tend to say that something that sounds or looks
like it was processed/made or created with some
hard-to-understand technology that has not been created for
mass usage yet is futuristic but whose to say there are
things that are ancient (millions of years old) that and are
hard-to-understand, and not created for mass usage that
autechre are using
