I really thought about dropping 200 on an Anirog Synth. Never again, I seriously didn't think about the fact that it can be done digitally, it might not be as warm, but you can run the sound through an ANalog filter so it doesn't even matter where you get the actual Waveform from. Damn. |

ah. Running things through an analogue filter will give it a certain effect, but it won't be the same as an analogue oscillator. Fact. It will however, give you the overinflated ego that a lot of other analogue gear gives you, so you kind of get half of the effect. Fact. |

If you wanna make your kit sound really analogue, build it yourself. For some reason DIY analogue stuff sounds much more analogue than manufactured analogue stuff. Odd that isn't it? |
