I must admit, I caught a few episodes of the american Office
and caught myself having a few chuckles. It still aint
nothing on the original though, and will always be in it's
shadow.

Stinks of business if you ask me

i read "Will & Grace" and spontaneously vomited

anyway, why the FUCK can't they just come up with a new idea
instead of remaking shit? i don't think the office US was
all that bad as it came into its own, but really. REALLY.
think. please. please.

i cant imagine how this'd work. i mean, us versions of
anything are always a bad idea, but the reason this show
worked was because of who wrote it, and who directed it, and
also the cast. i mean, urgh! what a stupid idea.

another really stupid idea is a US version of kath and kim,
an australia show which draws alot of its humour from
australian culture and stereotypes (not what others think of
auastralians, but what australians think of people who live
in the outer suburbs of melbourne).. so hell on earth would
a US version work. it'd be a completely different show. why
even call it kath and kim. it's fucken stupid.

i saw this in the guardian and it annoyed me, are the
original series not good enough for AMERICA? This is perhaps
my favourite tv programme of the last 10 years....its time
to boycott the whole thing.
