"Here is a bit of news that I have been anxiously waiting
to share. I tried thinking of what to write about the
record, but I think the basics will give you more than
enough information for the time being. Let me just say that
I am very excited about this album, as well as working with
the legendary Rephlex Records.

Wisp "The Shimmering
Hour"
The new full length album by Wisp will be released this
spring on Rephlex Records.
This will be a released on CD as well as 3x12".
Release date TBA, samples of the album and album art will
posted soon."

.. AWESOME! after sublight went down, and wisp's name showed
up on alphabasic's artist lineup, i could've sworn his new
material would've been released on that.

also, when's spring? (i really hate it when people refer to
a date as a season, considering it totally doesn't apply to
the rest of the world)

Pigster, I'm sure at some point he'll be releasing material
through Alphabaisc. I always look forward to his stuff.

Yea the whole "spring" thing is kinda shitty but, I'm sure
its for final tweaks to the album sound wise or just
finalizing the artwork or little things. CD & 3x12
Vinyl...vinyl is a bitch to master for from what I've been
told. Either way I'm thrilled to see someone from upstate
NY have something released through rephlex :)

total speculation but i wonder if Teddy Oggie will be
included on this release?
