the first series was mindblowing - every signle clip was
just perfect.

the second series imho destroyed it a little bit. the whole
lila thing was so disturbing and somehow dexter lost his
cool attitude.

SPOILER ALARM

the scene where we find out that that laguerta is in fact
sleeping with the husband of esme is so ridiculous and
cheesy that was probably the worst thing that ever could
happen to this.

but the ending of series two went to the good side. killing
doakes was a very good idea. it again made this series so
not-average what i always loved about it.

im not reading that spoiler either. i rented season one
around christmas and watched it in a week and couldnt
believe how awesome it was. i am a huge huge huge six feet
under fan so i was a bit worried that i would feel like i
was watching david fisher but in less than 10 minutes, i
wasnt aware of him at all. awesome acting and great great
story line. i cant wait to see season 2.

i only got to watch the first one or two discs when i was
back east last time and my mom had it on netflix.

seemed like one of those series that gets better as it goes
on, i felt like the first couple eps lagged, but then it
started picking up the further i got.

i'll prolly add this to my cue, as soon as i finish watching
the complete series of ducktales and season 7 of voyager.

o, and im not at all surprised that you like this show jess,
dunno why i did recommend it to you.

I agree with sadist; the first season was perfect. The
second one was not as great, but had a few bits of
brilliance.

For some reason, last night I had a dream I was in another
state doing who knows what, and you appeared, but you didn't
look like yourself, and it was strange because I don't even
know you. I ended up asking if you liked to fish, and
without letting you answer, cast a random pole into the
water. Almost immediately a fish about 7 feet long bit and
it dragged me off the edge of the bank and under the water,
which was red and covered in ice somehow.

WHATEVER.

Anyone spot the little Dexter easter egg in the prenultimate
episode of The Wire? Both are fantastic shows.

can't wait till season 3 starts.

Real quality TV. Probly one of the best shows I have seen in
ages.

Episodes (the ones that are greyed out can be watched
here).

I didn't think the second season was off at all. I was
disappointed to see what happened to Doakes, but if this
show were to stay on the same road through the second
season, it would stagnate.

A while from now. Apparently its one of the victims of the
writers strike that we won`t really notice until the next
season would supposedly have started.

teaser of weeds i gave you?)

id forgotten how amazing the opening sequence is - prolly
the best part of the show imo. that bit with the blood
orange is amazing.

i'm loving weeds.... but i had to stop in the middle of
season 1 cause i have to backup tons of shit onto dvds to
make room for some disogs, and movies i'm downloading.
Then i gotta put weeds and that other shit i dl'd from you
and put thos eon disks too to clear up my flash drives.
fun.

you're saying that like you can't delete it if you don't

and i'd highly recommend sticking through a few episodes. as
i said, it gets better as the season progresses.

Cliff that's very disappointing, I almost did the same thing
within the first minute but resisted the urge to shut it
down - now after watching the epic season finale & shitting
my pants at how good it was, there's really no going
back..now bring on season 2

Marlowe> Trust!!! You've got wicked actors + awesome
story/script = can't possibly go wrong.
