together!

Still no dispatch mail yet... according to posts on WATMM it
seems that people in Canada and Japan already got their
dispatch mails yesterday... I'm from Belgium btw. I think
that EU-countries are shipped later because it doesn't take
as long to deliver as non-EU-countries.

Same here.

The least they could have done is add some bonus 5-quid
item, like a sampler or Body Riddle.

Is anyone a bit annoyed about all of this? I'm going away
this friday, and I've received nothing, no dispatch email,
no mention of why things have been delayed, just silence and
a £30 hole in my bank account. I only get back late next
week. No 'Quaristice' while I'm away, then...Meh. I'll just
cut up a horse.

tomorrow... if not, Monday! Hurrah.

what state did your LP arrived in? (mine was bent on two
sides of the package = evil postman + weak cardboard from
warp...?)

I got my dispatch e-mail today. How long does it usually
take for stuff to arrive from Warpmart?

I got 2 dispatch e-mails too. They knew they were going to
be late with the SE, so they sent the other stuff earlier
and Quaristice today. On both occasions I got e-mails saying
that the whole order had been sent.

I guess that your vinyl and CD are going to arrive
separately.

[se spoiler contents look away]

runtime 1:07hr. some brilliant moments on here. 16 minute
combined length of fol4>90101-61-01 are epic and standout,
best i've heard in ages. Altichyre and nofour are completely
new, with surprisingly naturalistic, rich wooden bowed
strings and brass respectively. The PlcCpC benefits loads
from developing slowly over 9 minutes, sounding more like
the autechre you'd be accustomed to. birdsong in Tankraken.
Other tracks are essentially the album tracks with 4-5
minutes more development/divergence on the end. . .
SonDere-ix is completely new.

hm i got a few letters wrong in that tracklist above [should
be ThePlclCpC and IO(mons)] but whatever..

just finished listening to it all. pretty much what you
might expect - some tracks very similar and go off on
tangents, some very different and a little completely new
stuff. the new perlence is a beast. was a little
disappointed how similar tankraken is. i can see that a lot
of people will consider this the 'proper' quaristice, i know
i probably will - and it's going to make listentening to the
original album odd for me since i basically prefer all the
versions here and it doesn't have any of the tracks that i
wasn't too fussed on from the original.

it's just a more 'serious sounding' (with a more consistant
flow i think) and deeper diving quaristice i suppose you
could say ! which is awesome imo.

also worth noting that fol4 was played on the .ws stream in
full (funnily enough when i extracted that from the rip last
week i named it fol4 myself)
