Nahhh...Lord of the Rings. The special effects are amazing, the story line is great, the actors/actresses were excellent!
That film gets two thumbs up from me!

i think gosford park SHOULD win.....but i don't think it will.....and lord of the rings was a tremendos acheivement.....IMO =)

being a kiwi..I am hoping both LOTR and Russel Crowe win..and In the Bedroom is a beautiful film and Sissy Spacek..(LeCoeurs spelling Spa Sick..(LOL)) did some tremendous acting in it..so she's a strong contender
