Nobody knows how much I'd like this band to die.

Why? There are so many better indie/alternative bands. It
also strikes me that Chris Martin is trying to sound like
Thom Yorke half the time (compare end of The Scientist to
Radiohead's Nude).

Talk really did it for me. From there on in it hasn't been
just hatred, it's been... well... loathing.

Didn't they win best music video in some award for Yellow
once (Chris Martin simply walking down a beach) instead of
Cunningham's work either for CTD or Windowlicker?

derivative and bland

Quite like Keane. Used to like Snow Patrol before they
became big.

Much rather have Autechre.

...and their upcoming album is currently being produced by
Brian Eno. should be out later this year so you guys won't
have to wait any longer to shit in you hands and eat it.

I dunno... The general consensus seems to be that the music
does sound somewhat similar to BOC, but it's still bad.

i just like them, they're too soft for me to actually listen
to actively, but when they're on mtv or something i watch
it's post-rock extra-light
