in general, mathematics and logic based tests work more
universally and are less culture-bound, but even with these
so-called "objective" tests, they only measure a certain
range of expected outcomes, and you can LEARN to do better
at them, which doesn't mean you've grown MORE INTELLIGENT,
just more APT at solving particular puzzles.

moreover, most IQ ratings are a residue of the racist 19th
century and early 20th century ideas of cultural and social
superiority ("elite complex" indeed) of certain classes and
colours of people.

nonetheless, something valuable can be learned from these,
but the universality of these tests is highly overvalued.

Such bollocks. Proper intelligence tests do not rely upon
general knowledge questions or knowledge of a given culture.
For example, a Muslim would be vastly less likely to know,
"39 books of the old testament" than a Christian, this is
not a negative reflection on their intelligence.
