have barely slept in 3 nights; doc called in some valium.
currently compiling tracks for a fall-asleep listening
session. so far i've got eno (music for airports and
apollo), some saw2 and substrata selections.

care to contribute? hurry, just took these badboys...

im on zopiclone. presumably u are too. valium isnt
prescribed anymore as it has a half life of 2-4 days where
as the anti-benzodiezapines have a half life of 6 hours and
are far more practicable.

but u still can't take them for more than 3 weeks so
consider only taking them as and when u need. as they will
become addictive.

and yeh im fucked too.

3 months with no sleep is shit.

not as shit as quaristice maybe i shoul listen to that
instead. but id probably end up in a fucking mental ward.

anyway hi gerbik how u going anyway? long time no see. hope
yr ok m8.

hiya earthleakage... going great except for this sleepless
state ;)

2-4 half life... so trace amount stick around for a few
days? hmm. in the past 10mg valium or xanax will get me a
good 8-9 hrs sleep; wake up a little sluggish for the first
hour but then feel fine. non-benzos ive tried (ambien or
ambien cr) knock me out fine, but I wake up 5 hrs later
dizzy as shit and unable to go back to sleep.

I only take them once every few weeks, so will be ok ;) one
good night spurns decent sleeping for awhile with me... just
when I get into these jags sometimes where I'm restless for
days.

oh spot on, same happens to me. u dont realise you've not
slept properly for days casue your body has stopped the
basic pleasure responses of eating and sleeping then one day
u cant even open your eyes cause its crept up on you.

night mr g.

That's the amount of hours I need to sleep everyday or else
I can't do nothing during the day.
