about to buy this for dj'ing.

what do you think of the program/hardware?

do i need anything more than a 1/8" port coming out of my
laptop to go to the power mixer?

yes that sounds ignorant, but i'm debating about sound
cards.

i don't have vinyl turntables or $2k to spend on digital
turntables. i'm wanting to go with just a laptop and a
simple controller.

too much invested in cds and digital. i can't replace
everything with vinyl. i've been collecting for 16 years. i
have a few hundred records... but not nearly enough to play
with.

having an m-audio soundcard is good idea, I'm not sure about
the torq software though.
