YYYYYEEEEEEESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wonder where I should go. Williamsburg, which is where I
used to live during the 90s, before all of the yuppies moved
in and the artists moved out. Or Philadelphia, which is much
closer to where I currently live.

Now where do I go to buy these tickets.

I should have done that back during the untilted tour cause
their set here sounded nothing like the ones floating
around, or to the best of my memory there was way more
variation.

Will give it a shot this time.

pssst, there's two california shows.

and im gonna try and get to the sf one - as ive already
stated, the mezzanine is a great club - but im also going to
a show there like three days before (digitalism) and driving
up and down between sf twice in one week is a bit much.

just got back from the SF show....

It was intense.

Waaaaaaay better than the Untilted live. Way better.
I stood there silently like a ninja with my eyes closed- in
a trance, slightly nodding my head for the first 45 minutes,
and then for the last 15, when they really started picking
up the BPM I just flipped out and started making all these
crazy hand gestures, bangin' into everyone in the front. It
was completely raw.

I missed seeing any xltronickers there, though :(

We need to get some soundboard recordings asap.

I was at the Mezzanine.. was fucking awesome!

A little bothered they didnt go on until 12:45 though... and
it was less than an hour set.... and no encore :(

but what they did play was brutal

massonix wasnt very good at all, and there was way too much
rob hall djing. I mean, the doors opened at 9pm ffs!

offline hedphukkerr from mathbotton (United States) on 2008-04-06 22:44 [#02192059]
Points: 8833 Status: Regular | Followup to Zeus: #02192058

i agree, massonix's set was just boring. but i really liked
rob hall's djing - my friends and i were in awe at how
little movement there was in the crowd. so many nerds.

and i was fine with the length of ae's set. honeslty, my
friends and i had to go chill up in the balcony for the last
like 10 minutes or so. the bass was just too much (not that
its any quieter up there).

also, zeus, wtf, you follow me out here from boston??

massonix was fine, i liked snd better rob hall was good,
stayed until the end of that, arrived pretty late, would
have stayed longer, pretty grate, not long enough really!
brought a few friends an got nice and pissed+
