Stop using your computer, goto your local used book store, and start learning. Meditate, find new friends, and realize you can only bring happiness to yourself. I use to be in a real bad rut, I did this, and I really love my life now. Shit is still going to hit the fan but you begin to have a sense of humor about that stuff. IF its over a girl, find another one , anyone, just another one. If it's about life, get a new job or goto school. Anything else can be looked at by a trusted friend in the 3rd person.
