Blue Calx and other ambient goodies are timeless.

Theres lots really . Raiden the tech-dnb pioneer usualy
mixes in old shit like "elephant song" and "Inkey$" in his
ultra modern 3 deck sets together with stuff like Prode and
Surgeon and it doesent fell out of place at all.

Heliosphan also from Selected Ambient Works 85-92, most of
tracks from the SAW's really, I ear SAW vol.2 all the time
on BBC shows even stuff that would not call for such tracks
but somehow they don't sound so out of place.

SAW 85-92 is the one album most people say hasn't aged
particularly well, but it still gets regular plays by me
both at home and the office so either i'm living in the
past, or it still has some relevance. Or maybe it just has
Heliosphan which is one of the greatest tracks ever.

Haha I wish! Nah it was from a different BBC programme
although the cooking parts on Ray Mears shows are my
favorite.

his laptop sounding music has aged the least well. IM
thinking stuff like a lot of the tracks on the Richard D.
James album

regarding the question ..

"Age does not .....erm....something somthing somthing??..

oh drat damn ect ect ...i had a great speech there but i
forgot all the words ..something about age not doing
something to the recordings ...blah blah they will always
appear fresh to my ears.....but i had it all down in an old
style shakespearian speech type o style ....Or maybe i
thought i did? oh well...i never read that crap anyway.
