There is nothing sadder than seeing a gay cry. Too many of
my gay friends have cried because their eye lashes wouldn't
stick on, or their glitter wouldn't stay on their faces.
Don't insult gays, because until we develop a cure, they
cannot help it.

it obviously was

but it was a stupid one. Im supposed to get all offended

No gay I know wears any of that and most of the time you
can't tell they are gay. Dom homosexuals don't act camp or
girly so I guess this is just your ignorance. If you are
referring to Sub gays, the ones that sometimes do act
effeminate well your opinion is one of someone who only
reads the sun and watches the television. I'm sure you will
go far in life m'friend as in get fat and die a bigot. :)
Congrats.

I hope you can keep it up. If you ever tire of weightlifting
and such remember to at least keep the push ups going as
they are the quickest, easiest and best.

One thing I forgot. A lot of the time if you think you are
hungry you may actually just be feeling dehydrated. It's
hard to tell if you are hungry or thirsty a lot of the time
as both of the sensations are very similar. So if you get an
urge to snack most of the time drinking a glass of water
will stop that.

Eating because you are bored is a bad habit. Comfort eating
is a bad path to follow so if you think that by not eating
what you where planning to you will be rewarded by looking
better you can often convince yourself it's better to have a
drink of water and do something else.

Tea is ok in moderation but because of the caffeine it's
also addictive. If it has no sugar in it won't affect you
too much but it's better to stick to water. This is all my
opinion also, what worked for me may not suit you but you
can but try. If you fail you just have more knowledge for
when you try again.

It was New Year, That don't count. I had loads myself.

I drink alcohol each weekend, It didn't impact my diet that
much but if you make a habbit of drinking weeknights then
forget it. Beer is a good way to get fat.

offline Anus_Presley on 2003-01-02 06:02 [#00498428]

well i don't so i'm ok, phew. the whole no Tea thing is
verry harrd to stick to, i want a cup now... (sterriotypical
brrit)

I'm getting back on the diet. Need to get my weights out and
keep off the ganja for a while. I may try a flush out too by
drinking 4 litres of water a day and not smoking (tabs) to
see if I can kick that habbit.

I don't think one cup of tea would hurt that much if it has
no sugar in but a nice glass of water would be better for
you. You do need a little sugar but no big choc bars or
anything.

Pushups, water, no snax only eat when you feel you need it.
It's natural for your tummy to rumble, If it don't then you
eat too much. No pop, No Chox, No crisps. Just good real
food only when you need.
