Yep, I've ordered twoism too. Glad to heare you're feeling
less confused :)

I went through a phase of adopting a scottish accent (that's
what happens when you read trainspotting 3 times in 1
year...) a couple of years ago. You know the original style
afx t-shirts are available again? Is this your final year?

Stuff that actually fits me personally, thats what I go for,
not all this baggy carry on. My hairs a tip, not out of
choice, just coz it is goddamn it, but if i could choose a
hairstyle i would have something neat i think...

I like IDM (durr) so if the style was based on me thats what
it would be like.
Bit shit, but I'm not very stylish :(

yeah thats a good thing about this sort of music.. there's
no defined image you have to adhere to to be part of the
'clique' because there really is no 'clique' surrounding
it..well not in 'real' life at least...
the 'scene' for electronic music seems to exist more
online..

myself, i could probably be almost mistaken for a nerd..
sweaters+collared shirts.. but almost always with baggy army
pants
if i wore my black rimmed glasses..i might be mistaken for
an emo kid..ack
i've never dressed to call attention to myself.. i like to
keep the 'anonymous' style

for fun I will make my hairr totally HUGE and get on a bus,
that attrracts attention. also the jacket i have at the
moment is slim fitting with like wide collarrs going half
way down, and its grreen denham, that used to attrract
attention forr some rreason, now it doesn't seem to.

So the general concensus is baggy is it ? (couldn't be
bothered to read all the thread) Or is it spacey aluminum
stuff with nearly shaved off hair ?? Hmm, I guess I'm behind
the times. I go for the shoulder length hair (or mullet
gahhh!) and the black jeans, black polar neck sweater and
black full-length leather coat look.

wayout: exactly! i dont like to dress in ways that draws
attention to myself. i think youre the first person that
feels this way besides me! (that ive met)

after reading these posts, id say its pretty safe to say,
IDM people dress like bums, and wear hoodies alot.

oh shit, didnt i say that at the beggining of the thread?

;)

well my hair can be currly-waveyish if i towel drry it and
don't comb it which is what i do, or strraight and longish
if i gel and comb it, but if i put gel on and just push it
upwards it goes into this huge cat-walk style hairr-do,
which is fun.

I'm too nonchalant to have a ''look''. I wear the same
boring shit and jeans everyday, I never go out of my way to
look a certain way or do my hair in some style... no wonder

lol, this thread is funny :-p
It's actually made me feel better about myself! Because i
have no sense of style. I always wear jeans (the
cheapest kind) and usually just a t-shirt... or a sweater
when it gets colder.

Clothing is such a waste of money... i always wear my
clothes until they litterally start falling apart... to such
a degree that i just have to buy new clothes (i also
like to buy as much as possible in one go, because i hate
shopping for clothes).

The only piece of clothing i pay any attention to when
buying it is my coat. I want it to have as many pockets as
possible, and they also have to be very large :-p I always
carry around lots of stuff... pens, bits of paper, usually
one or two cd's, a walkman... i need space to store all that
stuff ;-)

Damn, I'm like you. Clothes are pretty much the last thing I
want to spend money on. I hate shopping for them. I buy
really cheap trainers/sneakers and just wear them until the
soles drop off and when I but t-shirts and trousers I'll get
like, 3 the same so I don;t have to go anywhere near shops
again for ages.

I agree , big pockets are essential!

Lol, YES!!! Oh my... ít's like i'm hearing myself talk :-D
I do the exact same thing! All my clothes will end up ragged
around the edges... little holes everywhere... hehe. I
really couldn't care less for my clothing. I have better
things to spend my hard-earned cash on :-p

And yeah sido... you gotta have the big pockets ;-) hehe...
it's really funny to see i'm not the only one! I don't
understand people who just pick clothes for what they look
like... and don't think about the functionality! First thing
i need to know is how many pockets are there.

Actually when i have to empty my coat entirely (when i'm
gonna wash it) i'm often even surprised myself by home much
stuff is in the pockets :-p It's always more than i think!

I'm gonna show this thread to my girlfriend. She buys
designer jeans and shit and would probably have a heart
attack reading this stuff ! I totally agree that clothes
aren't worth spending vast sums of money over, that's what
CDs and DVDs are for :)

lol yeah, that should be great :-p
Both my brother and my sister are like your girlfriend...
just one sweater out of my sister's closet is probably worth
more than my entire wardrobe... i'm curious how your g/f
will react when you let her read this thread ;-)

I once had a girlfriend who didn't think looks were
important. I could drape myself in velvet for all she cared!
;-) :-p
