Airplane! Airplane 2 The Naked Gun The Naked Gun 2 1/2 (yes i like leslie nielsen) Also HotShots, and Hotshots Pard Deux weren't bad. That sort of bizarre movie-parodies-comedy-type of films always make me laugh... well not always, there are also some really really bad ones. But the ones mentioned above are all hilarious! I think it was in Naked Gun 2 1/2 where Leslie searched through this guys office... opens up a drawer and says with a straight face: "bingo." And then pulls out a bingo-card. :-p It's such a lame joke when i write it down, but you've got to see Leslie do it! The best thing about leslie nielsen-movies is, the story is usually so ridiculous you don't really have a clue what's going on, BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER. You're laughing so much you don't even have time to try and follow the storyline. |

Yes the cigaret-joke is indeed a typical leslie nielsen-joke... a classic indeed! He's really the only actor i know who could pull it off. It's just his face... i dunno... there's something awfully funny about him. A few weeks ago i watched "2002 - a space travesty"... it was advertised as something like The Naked Gun In Space... but it was a huge dissapointment :-S Steer well clear of this one, a travesty indeed! But there was one classic leslie nielsen joke in it though... as his chief hands over a report to Leslie and explains the case, he says something like: "now listen frank, i know it sounds a bit smelly, but i want you on this case!'... And Frank at the report ;-) |
