ok,. not only is my icq "always on top" but now it's
frozen,. its stuck "always on top" and I can't shut it

If it appears stuck, perhaps it's hanged. If you move a
window over it and then away and the window contains garbage
then you should kill it using the task manager.

i'm surprised that nobody has recommend you Trillian

it's so much better than the standard icq client ... it
contains icq, aim, aol, yahoo and irc together ...

give it a try, you will liked ...

I hate MSN and AIM and ICQ,.. but some people can't use mIRC
so I've got no choice,.. but I am slowly converting people
