what's all this about violence and relentless aggro beats? It's like youve only heard making orange things. Snares is a brilliant composer who makes all kinds of moods / all with his trademark sense of melody and rhythm. Except for his ambient tracks, which have no rhythm. |

yea i've settled on grant! :) that's why i was mimicking arnold schwarzeggar's prank calls when i said "come on, don't bullshit me!" in the stakker humanoid thread.. it's not a big deal but if he is who he seems to be then i dunno why he has to talk so much trash about snares, nin, warp, etc. when rephlex stands up fine on its own |

His ideas are not as overt and cartoony as others who work at the same tempo, like Squarepusher, but they are there. There's more of a Zappa-Varese aesthetic going on there. |
