Id like to raise the question of what is IDM. A pigeonholed subgenre of electronica to Afx. Braindance is a better pigeonhole in my opinion. If its experimental your looking for try Merzbow, Mr. Bungle, Masonna, Pan Sonic, Pita, Russel Hasswell, Mike Patton... Or just fuck it and listen to Venetian Snares. |
