Bush may be a bit ftoopid on occasion but I don't really
think you get to being US president by being a complete
fuckwit.

That said, I don't think he's the brightest member of that
administration by a long stretch. Condoleeza Rice seems
pretty bright, or at least very savvy. I wonder if she'll
run for the top job in 2008, but that depends on whether or
not Giuliani is on the ticket in 2004.
