i enjoyed it. You shouldn't have said it sounds cheesy. i
wouldn't have noticed.

But now i thought: "yeh he's right, it does sound a
bit cheesy" ;-)
still liked it though

Cheese is good in the right doses, with good humour and when
the person behind it knows.

2 tips:

- don't post a track until it IS 100% finished.
- don't say all that stuff like "tell me how much i
suck"
when you post something - you don't need that (if
you really do, you wouldn't post at all).

this sounds a lot harsher than I mean it to.. :)

aaanyway, I listened.. it does sound quite cheesy.. I don't
like the sounds you use.. the synth starting from the
beginning is awful (but then again, I hate synths..).. I do
like the 'plinky' melody. again, the bass is a NO.. why use
a sound that sounds like a bass but not quite when you could
use a real bass - thats what makes cheesy music cheesy..

It seemed like a fairly lame beginning with drums trying to
stumble into alignment in a pattern, but when the chimy
melody round came in, it sounded great. Then it went away
and all the parts sort of aimlessly colided in and out like
at the control of a drunk composer... or computer software.
Since I'm a music expert I'll give a tip; expand the pattern
with 2wice or... uh.. 4wice, the amount of empty space, so
you can put more microscopic changes and details in the
sound.

qrter: im not planning to make music for money, and i wasnt
really serious so...

w M w: im rearranging everything, it is rather
aimless

the sounds: the only program i used was fruty loops, the
synths are just lame midi patches and my sample collection
isn't that great

but thanks for the comments

this has nothing to do with whether you want to make money
or not. I think its just kind of courtesy to boardmembers, I
guess... :)
