i go with hasty boom alert.
beat kicks in, you fight twenty miny bosses. then the bass
drops in and the main loop starts and you fight the big guy
himself. yeah...

If it was a giant elephant, then I would recommend "elephant
song" by AFX.

Otherwise, 54 Cymru Beats or You could feel the sky by BoC.
the latter is very demonic sounding.

yeah od... I'm thinking of one but I don't know it's title.
Imaginary fantasy too.

How about "two brains" be www.mp3.com/tom7
... for a battle with a giant mutoid twin-brained monster of
course

gah! no od!
od = teh suxx0r!

youre embarrasing me!

as for end of game boss, dude I seriuosly reckon that some
of the music from the early megaman is sooooo energetic
(liek snakeman from mm3) it's fucking frantiQ, feel liek im
on speed just listening to it sometimes.
that would fit. well, somethign like that.
Or yeah some kind of fuck toronto jungle/slayer kinda shit
would be cool.

I reckon the dopest would be if videogame breaks was liek a
ful on public genre so I coudl go to local cubs and dance to
the music from Iceman from Megaman1 with hot birds.
.....ehehe and then i'd wake up.

But that would be the tighest shit.

some darker Amon Tobin stuff would do pretty well in an end
boss level.

maybe 'traffic' by cujo (amon tobin) = really fast paced and
stuff

Come on my selector - Squarepusher
I mean 'Feel the bass hit!' - Enter motherfucker bad guy.

Norton Midgate - Jega
Those snare rushes = large amounts of firepower being
unleashed on unsuspecting player.

Not meant for an end boss, but Plaid's - 'Zamami' is
PERFECT for an underwater city of somesort.
