there once was a guy that put out an album as a mockery of
speed metal in which he used an actual drill adorned with
guitar picks on his guitar in order to pick it so very fast.
it was a big hit i think as a joke. i wish i remembered
his name.
but i believe drill and bass is sorta a reference to that
joke.

you dont agree? lets hear your theories on it? i bet you
have none. :)

Are you getting confused with the guitarist from Mr Big. He
attached picks to a drill tool and played his guitar with it
on stage? I never heard of an album.
