ever since i read his album review on warp records i labelled this guy as an autechre wannabe...don't know why i just did...but just this past weekend i found the ep(Qtio i think) for 4.99 and bought it. it's great. the melodies are perfect, the drum patterns-when they come in and out...all perfect. can't believe i'd been missing this for so long.

Brothomstates is like such a good artist to just pop up out of nowhere...like, a year ago i wouldn't have a clue about him or his music. It's like a newly discovered-gem. I don't reckon that Lassi and Richard would get on too well, though. Richard would always want to joke around, but Lassi is more serious and professional...
