"i'm tired of the same simple shit everyday " i agree with
that

anyways
pros: soundscapes and songs that actually give me visions of
things that no other music does
cons:umm theres more pros than cons but a con could be that
i only know 1 person that likes it too.

pro1: enough wicked and complex! ^^
pro2: it can be very varied :)

con1: sometimes it's just not enough... lively.
con2: the acronym "IDM" sucks (and it can be considered as
"silly undanceable noise" by some persons, whereas i don't
think anyone really considers it as "intelligent dance
music" :) )

i just have to add that a major pro of idm is that is has
brought me greater understanding of how sounds work. the
fact that people can make so amazing things with just one
software for example, is so cool. i always have the feeling
of being on the lower level on everything i do, but idm is
one of the first thingies that actually make me feel 1st
level :)

read idm as 'this eletronic music stuff we here on the mb
listen to'
