I've downloaded a couple of mp3:s called Brainwave Mind Voyages - Lucid Dreaming, and it's suppose ta help you Lucid Dream. I'm really interested in things like this, but can anyone confirm that this Mind Voyage works? Has anyone heard of it? Any tip will do. I don't want to listen to something that phuqqs up my brain, if you understand what I mean. ^_^ Thanks. |

that shit is spacey,my mate has one of these headset things that you put on and lie back and it can put you into various different brainstates if your receptive enough, heighten creativity r.e.m, even E S fucking P(no luck with that one though)! check out the singing bowls those monks had, they would rub them and the frequency of the tone coming off them would aid meditation, mad ass shit... you can get programs to do it on your computer, don't know what the frequencies are off had but it would be hard to make something to do it yourself.... |

i dunno about no new age cd thing but if it has sounds of the right freqs on i don't see why it wouldn't acheive the same effect... You can get 'brainwave machines' which are basically lofi versions of the aforementioned headset thing, the guy out of throbbing gristle made one with a vinyl player and a bit of diy... i'll see if i can find some urls 4 ya. |

I have actively experimented with dreams the past years, as well as OOBEs. ApexAcid, if you'd like a good book to read on the subject I can really recommend "Ut ur kroppen" by Agneta Uppman. They have it at your local library. |

Det tar lång tid för mig har jag märkt. Men jag har drömt sanndrömmar, drömmar som innehåller ordlös kunskap som jag ännu inte förstår till fullo, samt en halvdan UKU (precis efter jag läst hennes bok). |
