Obviously, "To The Extreme" (or was it 2 the Extreme...?
probably) by Vanilla Ice is well up there, but has anyone
else got any suggestions? Anything vaugely hip hop / rap
based.

worst one i bought was the lox' album "money, power &
respect"... sold it last year after not listening to it
since the year it came out. 2nd worst is prolly the fugees'
first album (they had 2).

d00d i just said their FIRST album... which is called
"blunted on reality". the 2nd album is the score (which is a
classic).

anyway i have a good wack hip-hop radar and as a result i've
only boughten a couple wack hip-hop albums.. so when i
recommend some hip-hop y'all can be sure it's "all killer no
filler." and i don't mean it's all good and no junk, i mean
it's a rendition of that sum 41 album. ;)

I think Money Power Respect has some awesome Tracks on
it(most of them are shit though) so I cant agree its the
worst.
IMO anything from Cashmoney/No Limit Records sucks pretty
bad. The new Baby Album Birdman or the new 504 Boys Records
are really worst.
I only have to listen to that shit cause a mate of mine love
that Dirty South crap. Prolly i can convince him one day
that Aphex and BoC arn t just boring Coffee Shop music

all-round shite. Can anyone expand on this?

'Never Mind The Bollocks' by Sex Pistols.

The worst excuse for hip-hop I've ever heard.

sucks

all other are crap

Wu Tang Forever:
CD1 = Not great.
CD 2 = Quality. That should have been the whole album.

i get the feeling listening it, that al the tunes are kind
of forced, just put together, nothing behind them, cant
explain to well im affraid
and the music/non vocal part is terrible

GP-wu, dont go against the grain.
*avoid this album at all costs*
mmmm i wonder who they are trying to rip off.
*snaps cd into a million pieces*

offline diablo on 2003-01-08 16:34 [#00507070]

CD2 is really good, atmospheric, dirty / dusty RZA
production, quite scary and smoked out vibe. Some of my
favourite Wu stuff is on that CD.

offline diablo on 2003-01-08 16:34 [#00507071]

(wu tang forever that is)

the W is good but it doesn't hold together all the way
through, I don't listen to it much. Some very good singles
on it.

i only have this ones
wu-tang clan the w
wu-tang clan wu-tang forever
wu-tang clan enter the wu-tang
i used to like em pretty much, havent been listening to that
for a long time
but if i would compare "the w" and "Wu-Tang Forever", i'd
say there are like two good tracks on both

offline titsworth from Washington, DC (United States) on 2003-01-09 15:10 [#00508246]

wu-tang forever (both discs) is a masterpiece compared to
most double albums, especially in hip-hop. not only does it
have rza's best production it also has the wu's best lyrics.
not to put down 36 chambers, which i love as well. the w was
good but disappointing. haven't had the heart to listen to
iron flag yet even though i've owned it since 2001.

Sorry but whoever said 2 the extreme was the worst rap album
of all tie, hang your head in shame...He may have gone too
commercial with his success but the production on the album
was good, and Ice Ice Baby is still a classic.

Worst rap album of all time, that I have heard...probably
Cappadonna - The Yin and The Yang
