you can't think some music is crrap and like it, its a contrradiction. Not really...I like some cheesy dance music, yet I think that it is crap... It just gives me an emotional rush, a fix, but I know that it's not beautiful or anything... I guess all depends by what standards you judge it... |

if something is crrap - you dislike it if you like something - its not crrap Well I try to judge music on many standards not only by my unjustifiable immediate reaction... I try to judge music by originality, complexity and beauty... But sometimes I have fun by listening to some early 90's dance tune that is as plastic as a BSB song and has the grace of a maimed hippo. I know that the song has practically no merit except my immediate head nodding that won`t last anyway... It's like if you go to see Jackass the movie... You know that it's an insult to your intelligence, you know that has no point and it is just some greedy scam to make money by MTV, you know that it is the farthest thing from art, but nonetheless you are having fun... And in my opinion being enterataining, it does not take off the label of "crap", since for me the teletubbies are enterataining... |
