Peel does play some really tosh during his program.

I get the feeling that it comes down to goodwill. You know
he knows the artists they send him new records and even
though they're crap he feels obligated to play them. Not a
position I'd like to be in.

No he does play a lot of junk. Like very boring techno and
trance records. I'm sorry everyone I know says that he plays
lots of good stuff but also plays some really lame crud.
Hell I should know I've been listening to Peely for over 10
years.
