What happened to hard break techno ala early Aphex? Stuff
with really phat distorted kick drums very nasty distorted
snare and claps and fiendish acid squelches like early Aphex
and some Rephlex stuff by the likes of Cylob. No one seems
to do that style any more.

Personally I like the regular (or repetative) rhythms of
some of those early tracks especially the tracks which were
rereleased on 'Classics' and Kinesthesia 1 & 2. What does
the board think?

metapharstic is one of my favourites. i really miss that
period aphex. 73-yips and the we have arrived mixes. before
analogue bubblebath 4 they were there in abundance.
