We're got (and are still in the process of getting) 30
centimetres of snow, and it looks to be up to my knee. I
feel bad because it's 3PM and I just woke up, so I didn't
help with shovelling. *feels guilty

There's no snow, and it's bordering on freezing and not - at
this rate the stupid tulips are going to sprout in January
again.

It's a winter wonderland in Eastern Canada! Bad news for
people with heart conditions, but who cares about them
anyway.

Yeah!! Finally we got some snow today in holland! :-D
I had almost given up hope already! But now it has happened.
I looked out of my window this morning and saw everything
was covered in white... wonderful.

Ofcourse it's all quite pathetic compared to other comments
in this thread :-p I doubt we even have 1 centimeter of it,
hehe... just a very thin layer... sigh... one day i'd like
to experience 30 centimeters of snow! That must be great.

But anyway i'm happy! George loves the winter!. Snow
is just so great... i love the way it looks and feels, and
the sound it makes when you step on it! I'm hoping we're
gonna have a loooooooong winter as of today. I also want to
see it actually snowing... and then take a walk outside
whilst the snow is falling down :-)

Away with summer! Long live the winter!

We've had a 17 day winter break from work. paid in full.
Tomorrow morning I have to get up at 4:30 and take the bus.
It wouldn't be so bad, but my sleeping hours are still
reversed (I go to bed at 4:30 these days), and the snowing
just continues. Man, I'm looking at a tired, tired week
ahead of me.

4 cm's of snow here. And it snowed for an hour again this
morning.

Surrounded, I played outside in the snow, in that cold cold
winter of 1978 or 1979 (cant remember much, just a lot of
snow)

While you're shovelling snow, I'm swimming in a pool on a 40
degrees day. So different, wow this earth is amazing!

i love it in that movie "dumb and dumber" when that girl
says to Jim Carrey she's from austria, and he replies:
g'day mate.

hehe... jim carrey is cool ;-)

Don't really know much about australia except you've got
lots of big scary spiders living in and around the house :-o
Not to mention the snakes... for me it would be a nightmare
in perth ;-)

any snow, just slippy paths!

I don't mind the cold outside, but when your apartment's
heating can't keep up, it's not fun anymore.

My bedroom is fairly warm, but my hallway is like walking
outside!
