Just change the file type to open to "*.*" then load that
file as a sample or pattern. You get a bunch of noise, but
you can pull some neat sounds out of it for sure....

FT2 = Totally Awesome

Ahhh.. rightyo that old thing...

I remember the best noise I ever got out of doing that was
with a file from the game 'Monkey Island'

The file was MONKEY.VGA ....

There is something wicked with the memorymanagement too it
you want it realy fun, i remember working on a normal song,
saved it and the accidently pressed on some image i think in
the filemanager and then ofcourse got a lot of noises as
instruments BUT some of them where also weird noisy versions
of the samples that i had used in the previous song. Realy
cool to play with.

plink plonk.

Oh stupid me.

*starts to hit himself in the head*

I think i now remember that it wasn't a image, it was a big
sample i had used in the previous song, but true true, the
sounds where realy nicely distorted.

right right...

there are actually a few weird things you can to to fuck up
fasttracker and end up getting interesting results.

what a cool little program. FT3 was going to rule before it
died..
