Turtable choice!

Hmm, I have my heart set on some Vestax PDX-2000s, but due
to a recent merger in my company, I can get Technics 1210
MKIIIs for £338 each- that's cheaper than the Vestax by
about £12 and I still maintain that I prefer the Vestax...

Decisions decisions...

338 POUNDS - jesus that stiff - buy 1200's or 1210's -
everything else is a joke

By all means, the 1210s...

Even if they were more expensive, it's the only way
to go.

Have you had a go on PDX-2000s? I prefer them... the only
question is their durability and long term support for them.

technics are the rolex of turntables

yummy

they never break down and if they do are cheap to repair -
assuming you are near a place that can fix em

Unless you are planning to do mixing steer clear of direct
drive turntables like the technics or the vestax.

Belt drive turntables give an infinitely more rewarding
listening experience

Go with the technics. I'd rather have nuthin and save up for
the 1210s than get somthing else and regret it later. I've
played on a few different types and nothing comes close.

TECHNICS! :)

I know I was simply stating that if I had a choice of mixer
it would be that.
