How I feel sometimes:

--it--

this is it
that emotion
the one everyone describes

this is it
that elation
of which everybody rhymes

love love love
pain pain and hate
this time, it’s all love baby
oh man what a wait!

She’s an angel
I’m her tough guy
She’s the cutie
Arm in arm we both wear smiles

You know how long I had to wait?
A few albums,
a lump of songs,
It almost seemed like it was too late
(About a life’s worth of pain)

But I got it, that feeling
So much so that like you I’m singing
Two words in a verse that don’t make sense
Rhyme cuz I’m in love like sheep jumping over a fence

Well it all came true
The dreams that I tried
To revise in my sleep
Yeah, there twice as sweet in real life

I’m next to her when I gotta be
I’m close to her when I wanna be
I’m finally in love with someone
Seems like from this point on
Not one thing can ever go wrong

hey man, it is weird, I just wanted to say and share that.
Nothing more, this felt like the best place to share.

It is the most amazing gathering of sensations

the big bummer for me though is...that moment in the future
when it all comes to an end. it's like no matter how good i
feel, i still think about that coming moment.

fight the future man, it won't be a unhappy ending unless
the present was wonderful

if you make it really wonderful now, maybe it won't ever
end.

I don't like poetry, so I always imagine what I write as
song lyrics. Just to a song I can don't know how to sing,
more than likely just don't want to.

thanks for the words though, made my morning :)

wrote these both last night, or the night before, I can't
stop fawning over this girl.......

--count to more--

I want more
How much I’m just not sure

She wants to take it slow
I’m tripping all over myself
3-2-1 I could have sworn she already said go

I need to pace this out
Pace it, as I race it,
around the floor

and I’ll count to four
Lest I force it like I’ve done before

I’m really ready to get go, gone
And wisk you off to a better land
Slip a smile in your direction
Walk into the sun, counting stars: hand in hand

Fast come on go,
I want my future with you to come up faster
I’m speeding towards you like a racer
But you slow my heart down like lagging pace car

I guess I’ll count to ten
And breathe in
Your warm embrace
Will suffice until we’ll run away

Give me more
I’m low on gas left to pass the time
It seems I’m left idling
as the world flies by

So ready, on the count of three,
Say yes when I ask you to marry me
Not yet? Damn

Well I guess I can wait a tiny bit more
I swear though, I will only wait just a little longer now

Fuck, Who am I kidding, your so perfect and pretty
You have to the count of infinity

no, she came INTO my final, right before it started, and
gave me a kiss

that blew my mind, but I can't study either way.
