what a great time !! northrop auditorium was kinda difficult to find, but we did, we got there plenty early... howie day opened, he played accoustic and played different beats on his guitar and played them back through his pedals he totally remixed a few of his songs, very idm-ish tori play for 2 hours, the crowd was very quiet, and since my vioce was already blown i wasnt able to help much either she played 4 or 5 totally new songs, that we didnt recoqnize, a few off the new album, and a few off her older albums, i didnt scream play "preciouse things" :0( then she went off stage, came back 3 minutes later, ENCORE #1, then she played 2 songs, went off stage for about 3 minutes and did ENCORE #2 i think encores are cheesy, the crowd sat for the whole show, but stood for the encores, which was nice. all in all, the show was great, we had great seats, and minneapolis is a great city with tons and tons to do |
