Flex is a piece of video art CC created...using a mix of
Aphex trakcs as the backing...

There's quite a lot of nudity it in...including some
penetration shots so not exactly MTV fodder...

Stunning piece of work to actually see properly
displayed...the digital version doing the rounds is a
bootleg & pretty crappy quality...still occasionaly gets
shown at RESFEST & the like...

CC says this about it...
"This short film was commissioned by the Anthony d'Offay
Gallery. It was pretty painful for me. It was actually the
most painful experience I had since I did my first video. I
had wanted to do something that was completely abstract and
figurative, something as visceral as possible. I also wanted
to work with two performers and improvise the whole thing
and do it all to Richard James' music. I did get to push the
underwater thing even farther though. It was all filmed in a
black studio. The thing that upsets me is that it isn't as
abstract as I wanted it to be, but I found it almost
impossible to do with a 35mm camera and anamorphic lenses as
they are so heavy, so cumbersome. So I ended up making a
piece that seemed like a part of a sequence of a story,
which was a lot more narrative than I intended."..

h.r giger, they showed rammstein and the aphex twin - come
