NO!!
They should just stay on the Sega Megadrive/Genesis where
they belong!

NOOOOOOOOOO WAY PRINCO, it should be shared on the new cube,
so that the new generation of kiddies will learn to love
that little sonic. He is such a HERO!!!!! He saved all those
animals from animal genocide from Dr. Robotnic!!!

I hope they don't remix the music! The soundtracks were
perfect to begin with! Keep the games 100% true to their
roots, don't fuck around with them.

How many Genesis/SNES games do you think they could fit on
one Cube disc? Why don't they release TONS of compilations
with shhitloads of games on them? I never understood that...
I'm sure you can fit Super Metroid and the other Metroids on
Prime's disc, so why don't they? Not like it would cost them
anything, games are out of production anyway...

These new generation of kids can shutup and get back to
playing Quake 7, etc, etc.

OMG ALL of the Sonic game soundtracks are AWESOME OPHECKS! I
wish they would release them, they could make some money
that way as well. I wish I could find a place online that
has them available to download (I cant have soulseek, mac
user). I would love to bump some sonic tunes in my car
during rush hour!

8^D

Genesis music

Mickey, go here for almost every soundtrack on the
Genesis... you need a .GYM player (I use Meridian Advance).
Each file for every game there has every track from the
game.

It's also got all the NES, SNES, Gameboy, pretty much any
classic game's soundtrack.

I wish I could get some goddamned Gamecube, N64 and PStation
soundtracks! So hard since Audiogalaxy went down.

I haven't kept up with things totally but Sega are now
purely a software company. And they've got a huge library of
games so the bottom line is there will be tonnes of old Sega
games for better or for worse on the Gamecube and GBA.
Personally I'm not too fussed, I've got the GBA and I don't
mind playing classics like Streets of Rage 2 etc on the GBA,
providing its got the same music etc.

Sega are in a good position with such a library compared to
other software developers who'll have to spend millions on
bringing out (new) games. Whereas Sega has probably got
hundreds if not thousands of old titles it can re-release on
Gamecube and GBA. Should be a good financial year for them.
They've been in a real mess for years. So this will probably
be there comeback of sorts.
